What planning and ROI tools are included?

Every plan includes a free ROI Calculator that shows how much manual commission tracking costs your team. Growth and Scale plans also include a Rep Profitability Planner — a 24-month financial model to evaluate new hire economics including ramp time and SaaS revenue recognition, with PDF and Excel exports.

Why one-time pricing instead of monthly?

Because we think per-seat SaaS pricing is broken for small teams. You shouldn't be punished for growing. Pay once and you're set—hosting, maintenance, and infrastructure are all included. We offer support retainers if you want ongoing help, but they're optional.

What if my team grows past 30 reps?

How long does implementation take?

Typically 2-3 weeks from kickoff to launch for straightforward plans. We map your comp plan, configure the workflows, review staging with you, set up imports/integrations, and provide training + launch docs before go-live.

What if I need changes after launch?

Small changes (adding a user, tweaking a rate) are easy and included. Larger changes (restructuring comp plans, adding new metrics) can be handled via a support retainer or one-time project fee.

Can I see a demo first?

Do you offer refunds?

If we can't build what we promised, we'll make it right. But since we show you a staging version before launch and get your sign-off, that rarely happens.

Can my reps really see their commissions in real-time?

Yes. Every approved deal shows up immediately on their dashboard. They can check anytime—no waiting for month-end reports or chasing you for updates.

What if my comp plan is complicated?

Good—that's exactly why spreadsheets aren't working. Commish supports tiered rates, accelerators, decelerators, ramp periods, multiple metrics, deal type modifiers, and team rollups. Book a fit call and we'll tell you plainly what fits today and what would require custom work.

Do reps see each other's commissions?

No. Reps only see their own data. Admins see everything. Finance can view reports but not edit. You control permissions with role-based access.

What metrics do you support?

Built-in: ARR, MRR, TCV, ACV, Bookings, Meetings, SQLs, Opportunities, Calls, Demos. You can also add custom metrics. Each rep can have a primary metric (e.g., ARR) and optional secondary metric (e.g., Meetings).

Is my data secure?

Commish is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure and uses organization-scoped access controls, role-based permissions, and production-verified tenant-boundary hardening for core commission data. API keys are stored as hashes, API traffic is logged and rate-limited per key, and we review backup/rollback posture during security-sensitive changes. We do not claim SOC 2 certification or PITR unless those are explicitly in place for your implementation.
